Order Status
Once an order request has been received by us, you will receive periodic e-mails from us regarding the processing of your order. Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive an e-mail that contains the carrier tracking number (when available) for your order.
Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door. Here are those steps:
Step 1 (1-2 business days): Our designer will create the digital industry image for your jerseys/shorts.
Step 2 ( 1-3 weeks): Our designer will create the final printing digital flat image and the factory will start to produce the custom jerseys/shorts.
Step 3 (1 day): Order is packaged and shipped* to carrier (e.g. Hong Kong Post, EMS, UPS etc).
Step 4 (7-35 days): Order is enroute via EMS  (7-15 days) or China airmail (15-35 days).

*Tracking Note: Live tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the time the item leaves GD and the time it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. For Express packages (sent via EMS/TNT), the delay is about 24 to 48 hours. For Airmail and Registered Airmail packages, it takes 3 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online.


Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
You can change your shipping address after you placed the order. Please go to Help Center to open a ticket for changing the shipping address.
NOTE:You should contact us to change the shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order.

Can I add an item to my order?
Yes, but you need to add it before your order is being packaged for shipment, and the order may be delayed by 1 or 2 days for adding the new items. To add an item to your order after placing an order, please visit our
Customer Service Express and open a new ticket .We will do it for you.
You just need to tell our staff the SKU number and quantity of the items, we will send you a payment link to pay for the difference, and then we will add the item in your order.

If I do not receive my order number, what should I do?

lease visit our Help Center and open a new ticket.
As soon as your payment is cleared, you should receive an email automatically from our server confirming the order with an order tracking number. If you're not receiving order confirmation or status emails from Eclipse Cycling, your ISP or email software might be blocking Eclipse Cycling
's emails, taking (mistakenly!) our email as a spam. In this case please check your SPAM/JUNK e-mail folders. 
  

What are the materials of the jerseys and shorts?

Jersey's materials : 90% Polyester and 10% Lycra; High quality athletic fabric

Shorts' materials: COOLMAX: quick-dry function , classic cycling chamois pad.

Thermal clothings' materials : Thermal fabric, fleeced inside, Breathable microfiber polyester outside

Where can I upload my logos ? 

Please visit http://www.eclipsecycling.com/helpdesk to submit a "custom made" ticket , you can attach the logos in the ticket. Or you can use our Online Designer to add your logos and submit them to us.

 

What's the minimums ?

No minimums*, you can* buy only one jersey or pair of shorts.

 

How long will I got my custom kits after I done the payment?

Please understand that we offer NO minimums , so there many customers ask us to produce the clothes , it make that we have to set two different priorities to each order. 
1. Low priority order. The total clothes sets less than 10 sets will be set to this priority. This priority order will be produce slowly , the production time will be at least 40 days for this priority order.
2. High priority order. For the total clothes more than 10 sets (include 10 sets). Usually we will take 1-3 weeks to finish all clothes.

If the clients can not buy over 10 sets but you want to make your order to be the High priority , we will charge some extra fee.

When we finish the kits , we will send them to you ASAP, the shipping time depends which shipping method you chose, you can visit the Shipping page to get more details.

 

Can I exchange the custom kits ?

Sorry , the custom kits aren't exchangeable. However,  if you need a different size or color of an item you ordered, we can offer you a big discount to buy the new item.
