Return and Replacement policy
What is your return policy?
You may return a product for refund or store credit(if due to Eclipse Cycling error) within 30 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, no problem. Here is a quick checklist to refund:
1. You can contact us with a new ticket in our Help Desk.
2. Upload a picture or video file clearly showing the defect of the product.
3. We will give you a response within 72 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
4. You should use the cheapest way to ship the item(s) back within 30 calendar days of the order shipment date.
5. We will only reimburse postage that less is than 30% of the item price.
6. Upload a picture of the proof of shipment (receipt, certificate of posting, tracking number stub, etc) after you have shipped it, We will arrange the refund and reimburse your return postage (less than 30% of the item price) after the package is received and processed.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, here is a quick checklist:
1. If you order has not been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund.
2. If the item had been shipped, you may return the item in its original condition (unused and unopened) to us postmarked within 30 calendar days of the order shipment date. Upload a picture of the proof of shipment (receipt, certificate of posting, tracking number stub, etc) after you have shipped it. We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost).
Can I just exchange my items for new ones?
Because we are selling custom clothings, so we do NOT process exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item you ordered, we can offer you a big discount to buy the new item.
